  Wow loads of item here. Great staff and they know where all the items are if you ask them. Good service too. Closes at 9pm which is great since many people can get to go after office hours. Very big area and you can just go on and on checking whatever items or supplies you need. Many storage items and outdoor items too. The price is reasonable. So many parking spaces.

  I know it's just a Bunnings but honestly have never had a bad experience here. Rented a tile cutter which was faulty. When returning it they'd already called 2 different local stores to see if they had it free and put on hold on top of providing free coffees and cookies.

  Nothing like taking a quick trip 20 min trip to Bunnings then returning home 3 hours later realising that you brought more than you went in for.
  
  Every time without fail I've always been greeted with friendly and professional staff members.
  While some staff members may not have knowledge in particular items I need, I always get directed to someone that does.

  First time we had poor customer service at this store. We found a couple of team members, older ladies chatting. We asked one of them about underbed storage containers, they were supposed to have 30 in stock. She walked off to go see about it, left us waiting & waiting & waiting. She never came back, we got sick of waiting. Do better.

  Would love to highly commend the team here at Bunnings in Munno, namely Karen. Was struggling to find a product in store despite it being in stock in the website.
  
  She asked me if I needed help, offered to go out and see if she could find it after checking her stock and even gave me a coffee card for a free coffee!
  
  Top tier service, it's been my regular store for years and will stay my regular for years to come!

  Thank you Scummings for moving from Munno Para Main North Road. You really are ignorant with your monopoly of Chinese junk. Now all of Elizabeth, Craigmore,One Tree Hill, Blakeview have a massive trip to get to yoyr store of aboyt 20 kilometres or more round trip. For the most part now l shop online and certainly not from yoyr store. It's cheaper with fuel costs. I HATE Scummings and will avoid wherever possible.
  Again thank you for making a simple trip to a hardware store ab excursion to a market garden.

  They are clearly the hardware monopoly of Australia. Quality and range of products are reducing over the years. Jumbuck BBQ with flammable paint was my most recent experience. Bunnings refunded my money, but this product almost burnt my house down and they haven't recalled the product. This is being sold at all stores. Premium product are no longer stocked because they don't reduce quality to meet pricing demands.
